وَهَذِهِ الْعِبَادَةُ مُتَعَلِّقَةٌ بِالإِلَاهِيَّةِ لِلَّهِ تَعَالَى
And this worship pertains to the divinity of God, the Exalted.
مُتَعَلِّقَةٌ — pertains. A participle 'pertaining/connected' acting as the predicate, marked feminine to agree with the feminine 'worship'. With no verb 'is', this participle states what the worship does, its feminine ending matching its subject.
