فَأَحْكَمَتِ — so it sealed. 'Fa-' (so) plus a past-tense causative (form IV) verb 'made fast / sealed tight' with the feminine '-at' agreeing with the spider; its vowel shifts to '-i' before the next word. The 'fa-' threads the result.
