وَحِصْنًا حَصِينًا لَا يَهْدِمُ وَلَا يَثْلِمُ
And a secure fortress, neither demolished nor breached.
حَصِينًا — secure. An adjective 'secure/impregnable', describing 'fortress' just before it and agreeing with it as an indefinite object. The pairing intensifies the image, a fortress that is fortified. Two describing clauses follow to spell out its invulnerability.
