O Allah, if I did that seeking Your pleasure.
ابْتِغَاءَ — seeking. A verb-derived noun naming the act of seeking, taking the object-style ending to state the motive 'for the sake of'. It heads a 'seeking of' pairing with the next noun, owning it, so together they name the aim behind the deed.
