إِخْلَاصِ — sincerity. This noun is the object of 'with', so it takes the genitive ending after that relator. It is also the first half of an 'of' pairing with 'the intention' that follows, meaning 'sincerity of intention'; it heads that chain and draws its definiteness from the owner after it.
