فَلا بُدَّ مَعَ إِخْلَاصِ النِيَّةِ مِنَ العِلْمِ،
So sincerity of intention must be accompanied by knowledge.
النِيَّةِ — the intention. The owning second half of 'sincerity of intention'. It carries 'al-' for definiteness and sits in the genitive as the possessor in that 'X of Y' link, the form Arabic reserves for the noun that completes such a pairing.
