فَتَارَة يتجلى فِي جِلْبَاب الهيبة وَالْعَظَمَة والجلال
Sometimes He manifests in the cloak of awe, grandeur, and majesty.
فَتَارَةً — so at times. 'Fa-' plus 'a time / once', an accusative used adverbially — 'at one turn, sometimes'. The accusative ending marks it as 'on one occasion', setting up an alternation with 'at another time' later.
