وإن فعل لم يفعل ما يفسد صومه،
and if he acts, he does not act with what invalidates his fast,
يُفْسِدُ — invalidates. A present-tense causative-shape verb 'spoils / nullifies', subject 'it' inside, opening 'what nullifies his fast'. The form marks active ruining of something.
