ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ عَلَى ثَدْيِهَا يَمَصُّهُ
Then he leaned toward her breast and sucked it.
يَمَصُّهُ — he sucked it. A present-shape verb carrying 'he' in its prefix, with '-hu' (it) on the tail for what he sucked. Its present form set in a past story paints the sucking as an ongoing picture -- he kept sucking it.
