And whoever places his trust in God, He is sufficient for him.
حَسْبُهُ — sufficient for him. A noun 'sufficiency/enough' with a pronoun fused onto its end, meaning 'his sufficiency', i.e. enough for him. The attached pronoun points back to the trusting person, marking him as the one for whom God suffices. It serves as the predicate completing 'He is enough for him'.
