Arabic vocabulary
How to say “support” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
وَإِنْ يُدْرِكْنِي يَوْمُكَ حَيًّا أَنصُرُكَ نَصْرًا مُؤَزَّرًا
And if your day comes while I am alive, I will give you strong, forceful support.
أَنصُرُكَ — I will support you. A present-tense verb in the first person, 'I will support', with -ka ('you') fused on as its object. The present form projects forward into a pledge, the answer to the 'if' clause: if that day comes, THEN I support you. Subject and object are both inside this one word.
