فَهُوَ بِالْحِفْظِ أَوْلَى لِأَنَّ الْبَيْتَ الْمَعْمُورَ مَعْمُورٌ بِعِبَادَةِ الْمَلَائِكَةِ
So he is more deserving of preservation, for the Much-Frequented House is filled with the worship of the angels.
الْمَلَائِكَةِ — the angels. Definite by 'al-', the owner-half of the pairing 'worship OF the angels', in the genitive ending the pairing forces. It tells you whose worship fills the House and so identifies the source of its constant occupation.
