فَلَّا يَكْتَرِثُ بِمُخَالَفَةِ النَّاكِبِينَ عَنْهُ لَهُ،
So he does not care about the opposition of those who turn away from him to him.
النَّاكِبِينَ — those who turn away. An active participle ('the ones turning away') used as a doer-noun, here as a sound masculine plural in -in. It completes the 'of' pairing with the verbal noun before it ('the opposition of those who turn away') and is governed into the genitive by that pairing. It names the people whose opposition is being dismissed.
