حَتَّى السُّوَيْعَاتِ الَّتِي يَضْطَرُّ فِيهَا لِاسْتِقْبَالِ زَائِرِيهِ،
Even the brief moments when he was compelled to receive his visitors,
لِاسْتِقْبَالِ — to receive. The preposition li- ('for/to') prefixed to an action noun, 'for receiving'. Li- marks the purpose the compulsion served, and it governs the action noun into the genitive. The action noun lets a whole activity, receiving guests, be governed as a single noun.
