حَتَّى السُّوَيْعَاتِ الَّتِي يَضْطَرُّ فِيهَا لِاسْتِقْبَالِ زَائِرِيهِ،
Even the brief moments when he was compelled to receive his visitors,
زَائِرِيهِ — his visitors. A plural noun with -hi ('his') attached, the owned member completing 'receiving his visitors'. The attached possessor sits in the genitive and ties the visitors to him. The -hi reaches back to the man being described.
