وقال يداوى كل عليل بعقاقير أرضه
And he said, 'Treat every sick person with the herbs of their land.'
يُداوَى — is treated. This verb is passive: every sick person is to be treated by someone unstated, rather than doing the treating. Arabic marks the passive through the inner vowels; the present tense gives the instruction a general force.
