قَالَ الْحَقُّ إِلَى أَهْلِ الصُّفَّةِ فَادْعُهُمْ لِي
The Truth said to the People of the Suffah, "Call them to me."
الْحَقُّ — the Truth. The noun 'the Truth', made definite by 'the', used here as a divine title for God and standing as the subject of 'said'. Its definiteness marks it as the known, specific Truth, i.e. God. It is the speaker of the following command.
