How to say “Ubada” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
فَقَالَ سَعْدُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ يَا أَبَا سُفْيَانَ
Then Sa'd ibn 'Ubada said, "O Abu Sufyan."
عُبَادَةَ — Ubada. The father's name closing 'son of Ubada', the owned half of the pairing. Its ending reflects its place inside the name; this form does not take the usual indefinite tail, so its vowel differs from other patronymics while the role stays the same.
