مِنْ غَيْرِ أَنْ نُدْخِلَهُنَّ فِي شَيْءٍ مِنْ أُمُورِنَا،
without bringing them into any of our affairs,
نُدْخِلَهُنَّ — we bring them in. A causative-pattern present verb 'we bring in / admit' with a feminine-plural 'them' object fused on, the women again; its goal-shape ending comes from the 'to' particle before it. The 'we' subject is built in.
