ولا هو ممن اتقى الله وأنحس من ذلك كله
And neither is he among those who fear God, and worse than all of that,
وَأَنْحَسُ — and worse. This is the bound wa- 'and' plus a superlative, 'and more wretched, worse'. The 'more/most' sense lives in the word's pattern; the wa- coordinates it onto the prior statement, and it heads a comparison with the following 'than'.
