قُلْتُ صَدَقْتَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ
I said, "You have spoken the truth, O Messenger of Allah."
صَدَقْتَ — you have spoken the truth. A past verb 'you have spoken truly' with 'you' built into its ending; here it works as an immediate affirmation of what was just said. Arabic's past tense covers this 'you have (just) said the truth' confirming sense. The 'you' is in the verb's ending.
