حين تسكتُ قليلًا، تسمعُ بوضوحٍ ما يقوله عقلك وما يخفيه قلبك
When you are silent for a while, you clearly hear what your mind says and what your heart hides.
قَلِيلًا — for a while. 'a little,' in the -a form working adverbially — 'for a little [while].' An indefinite noun in the accusative often becomes an adverb of degree or duration; here it measures the silence: just a short pause.
