فَقَالَ اِئْذَنْ لَهُ وَبَشِّرْهُ بِالْجَنَّةِ
He said, 'Allow him and give him glad tidings of Paradise.'
اِئْذَنْ — Allow. A command verb 'admit/permit', in the imperative shape used to give an order; its doer is the listener 'you'. Arabic marks the order by this distinct command form rather than the plain present.
