فَأَحْلِفُ أَنَا عِنْدَ ذَلِكَ يَمِينًا لَا كَفَّارَةٌ لَهَا
So I swear by that an oath that has no expiation for it.
يَمِينا — an oath. An indefinite noun naming what is sworn; it wears the object-style ending because it is the thing the swearing produces. The light -n sound marks it as 'an' oath, with no separate article.
