And here is the famous Andalusian traveler Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Jubayr.
الأَنْدَلُسِيُّ — the Andalusian. A relational adjective ('Andalusian') describing the traveler. It agrees with its noun in definiteness (sharing al-), gender, and the subject-style case, marking him by origin. Such -i adjectives are how Arabic forms 'belonging to / from a place'.
