ثم تضعُ جبينك حيثُ تواضعُ القلوب، فيولد من التسبيح خشوعٌ وعمل
Then you place your forehead where hearts show humility, and devotion and action are born from glorification.
فَيُولَدُ — and is born. 'so is born' — 'fa' of result plus a PASSIVE present. The inner-vowel shape marks the passive: devotion 'gets born', with no named begetter; the source is given by 'from' next.

وَالْوَلَدُ — And the child. wa- (and) on a noun made definite by al-, 'the child', the topic and subject of the passive verb that follows, hence the subject ending. The al- names the offspring generically.
