فَإِذا تمكّنت وقويت أثمرت الطَّاعَة،
If it becomes established and strong, it bears the fruit of obedience.
وَقَوِيَتْ — and it becomes strong. wa- = 'and'; past-tense verb 'grew strong'; the '-at' ending marks the feminine subject — 'and it grew strong'.
