And his contentment with what He does to him and chooses for him.
وَيَخْتَارُهُ — and He chooses. 'And' plus a present-tense reflexive-shape verb 'chooses / selects' with '-hu' (it) attached, subject 'He' inside. The form marks choosing for one's own purpose.
