الرُعُونَةُ تَتَوَلَّدُ عَنْ النِّسَاءِ فَتَلْحَقُ الرَّجُلَ مِنْ طُولِ صَحْبَتِهِنَّ،
Rashness arises from women and clings to a man through prolonged companionship with them.
فَتَلْحَقُ — then clings to. This verb is fronted by an attached 'then' marking the next step in the description, with its 'it' subject built in and still pointing to the topic. The joined particle moves from origin to effect. The verb supplies the clinging.
