الرُعُونَةُ تَتَوَلَّدُ عَنْ النِّسَاءِ فَتَلْحَقُ الرَّجُلَ مِنْ طُولِ صَحْبَتِهِنَّ،
Rashness arises from women and clings to a man through prolonged companionship with them.
النِّسَاءِ — the women. A definite noun in the 'of' (genitive) form because the source preposition before it governs it. It names the origin the quality springs from. Its case is set by that preposition.
