فَهَذَا قَالَهُ فِي الصَّلَاةِ المُقَارَنَةِ لِلذِّكْرِ وَهِيَ النَّوَافِلُ ؛
So this is what he said about the prayer comparable to remembrance: it is the voluntary prayers.
المُقَارَنَةِ — comparable to. A definite participle-adjective trailing 'the prayer' and agreeing with it in definiteness and case, 'the one comparable to'. Arabic adjectives follow their noun and copy its endings, so this attaches to the prayer; it then takes the next phrase as what it is comparable to.
