الْكَامِلَةُ — complete. This adjective follows its noun and matches it in being feminine, singular, and definite, all marked by endings rather than by word order. Arabic adjectives trail the noun they describe and copy its definiteness, so the leading 'al-' here echoes the definiteness already on the noun, locking the two together as one described unit.
