بِكَسْبِهَا — for its deeds. This noun has the preposition 'with/by' fused to its front and an attached possessive pronoun, so 'by its earning'. The preposition marks what the soul is held against, and the owner pronoun points back to the soul.

What is denied is his action, which is his own doing,
كَسْبُهُ — his earnings. A noun, 'earning / acquisition', with 'his' attached as possessor. The suffix marks it as belonging to him, and it completes the relative clause by saying what his action amounts to, his own doing.
