How to say “ease” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
وَإِنَّمَا هُوَ عزم وَنِيَّة جازمة تريح بدنك وقلبك وسرك
Rather, it is firm resolve and intention that brings ease to your body, heart, and mind.
تُرِيحُ — that brings ease. A causative present verb, a-prefixed, meaning 'gives rest to', with its subject 'it' (the resolve/intention) built in. It opens a clause describing what that inner intention does: it puts body, heart and inmost self at ease.
