وهذا غير منكر في لغة أمة من الأمم فضلًا عن أوسع اللغات وأفصحها
And this is not denied in the language of any nation, let alone in the most expansive and eloquent of languages.
وَأَفْصَحِهَا — and eloquent. wa- (and) on a superlative carrying -ha (its), 'and its most eloquent', i.e. the most eloquent of those languages. The attached -ha points back to the languages, and the superlative is paired in parallel with 'most expansive'.
