الْمُقَدِّمُونَ لِنُصُوصِهَا عَلَى غَيْرِهَا جُهَّالٌ لَدَيْهِمْ مَنْقُوصُونَ
Those who give its texts precedence over other than it are ignorant people; they have defective people.
الْمُقَدِّمُونَ — those who give precedence. An active participle in the sound masculine plural, 'those who give precedence', made definite and used as a noun. The participle names the doers as a standing type, and the plural ending shows they are a group. It is the subject of the sentence.
