Preaching is an art in itself that requires a good share of knowledge.
جَيِّدَةٍ — good. This adjective trails the noun it describes, as Arabic adjectives always do, and it copies that noun's traits: feminine, indefinite, and genitive. So its ending is dictated by the 'share' it modifies, not chosen freely — agreement is how Arabic shows which adjective belongs to which noun.
