أَنَّ مَنِ ارْتَكَبَ شَيْئًا مِنْ هَذِهِ الْعَظَائِمِ
is that whoever commits something of these major sins
الْعَظَائِمِ — the major sins. A noun with 'the', 'the grave sins', the thing pointed at and held in the (genitive) form by the partitive 'of'. It names the set from which the act is drawn.
