A group will defect from the best faction of the Muslims, and the closer of the two parties will kill them.
مَارِقَةٌ — defectors. This noun is indefinite, 'a breakaway group', and is the subject of the verb, named after it in the usual order, with the plain subject ending. The feminine form agrees with the feminine verb, and the indefinite ending leaves the group unspecified.
