يُوَفِّقُكَ — guide you. A present-tense verb carrying its own 'he' subject inside it, used here as a wish: 'may He grant you success'. Arabic has no separate helper word for 'may'; the present form alone, in this prayer context, does the work English needs an extra word for. The attached ending marks you as the one receiving the action.
