رَقْدَةِ — the slumber of. This noun and the one after it form a possessive pair read as 'the slumber of ignorance': two nouns set side by side with no separate word for 'of', the first naming the thing and the second naming what it belongs to. The first noun also drops any 'the' of its own and leans on the following noun for its definiteness.
