Hypocrisy has no value with Him, nor does He love deceit.
يَنْفُقُ — it has value. A present-tense verb with a built-in 'it' subject, under the negator before it, reading 'it has no value / does not pass'. The ongoing form marks this as a standing fact, with the real subject named later in the clause.
