فَلَوْ سُئِلَ الْجُزْعُ مِنْ أَبِيكِ لَقَالَ الْعَجْزَ
So if impatience were asked by your father, it would say helplessness.
العَجْزَ — helplessness. A definite noun ('helplessness') in the accusative as the direct object of 'would say'. The case ending marks it as the thing said, the content of the answer.
