فَلَوْ سُئِلَ الْجُزْعُ مِنْ أَبِيكِ لَقَالَ الْعَجْزَ
So if impatience were asked by your father, it would say helplessness.
الْجُزْعُ — the impatience. A definite noun ('impatience') standing as the stand-in subject of the passive verb, in the nominative. With no agent named, this is what the passive verb agrees with - the one asked.
