فَأَعْجَبَ وَالِدَيْهِ فَأَنْفَقَا عَلَيْهِ كُلَّ مَكْنُونٍ،
He amazed his parents, so they spent all their hoarded wealth on him.
مكنوز — hoarded wealth. A noun/participle 'hoarded thing / treasure', the owned half after the quantifier 'all'. It stands in the genitive as the completing term of 'all of...', naming what the parents spent down to the last of.
