وَيَمُرُّ فِي أَغْرَاضِهِ لَوْلَا أَنَّ الْعَقْلَ حَجُوزٌ،
And he would pursue his aims if reason did not prevent him.
أَغْرَاضِهِ — his aims. A plural noun 'aims / desires' with the attached possessor '-hu' = 'his'. As the object of 'in' it stands in the genitive; the suffix folds the owner onto the noun, naming whose aims are pursued.
