وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَقْهَرُ دَاءُهُ قُوَّتَهُ وَيَكُونُ السُّلطانُ لِلْداءِ
And among them are those whose illness overwhelms their strength, and the dominion is for the disease.
داؤه — his illness. A noun with the owner ending '-hu' (his), serving as the doer of the verb just before it: his disease is what overpowers. It is the subject placed after its verb, and the suffix ties it to the person in question.
