وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَقْهَرُ دَاءُهُ قُوَّتَهُ وَيَكُونُ السُّلطانُ لِلْداءِ
And among them are those whose illness overwhelms their strength, and the dominion is for the disease.
قُوَّتَهُ — his strength. A noun with the owner ending '-hu' (his) in the object accusative, the thing overpowered: his strength. Its case marks it as the object, the reverse of the previous sentence where strength was the winner.
