فَقَالَ مَا بِيَدِيِ مَا أَتَزَوَّجُ بِهِ،
He said, "I have nothing with which to get married."
أَتَزَوَّجُ — I get married. A present-tense verb ('get married') with its 'I' subject built into the 'a-' prefix, inside the relative clause. It describes the 'that which', telling you the purpose the absent means would serve: something to marry with.
