Arabic vocabulary
How to say “I taught it orally” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
لِأَنِّي أَشَافَهُ فِي عُمْرِي عَدَدًا مِنَ الْمُتَعَلِّمِينَ،
Because I taught it orally to a number of students during my life,
أَشَافِهِ — I taught it orally. A present-tense verb with the speaker built in as 'I' and a tag-pronoun on its end standing for the thing taught. So one word carries doer, action, and object together, where English spreads them across several words.
